Job Description

🚨 Urgent Hiring – Team Leader for GPay 🚨




Job Role:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage a field sales team for GPay.


🔹 Lead and guide the team in onboarding merchants to the GPay platform

🔹 Monitor daily targets and ensure performance benchmarks are met

🔹 Provide training, support, and mentorship to the team

🔹 Ensure proper documentation and compliance with onboarding protocols

🔹 Handle escalations and ensure smooth field operations


Experience Required:

✅ Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in QR code sales in any fintech company – mandatory

✅ 1–2 years of experience as a Business Development Executive (BDE)

✅ Strong leadership qualities with prior experience managing sales teams (preferred)


💰 Salary: Up to ₹40,000 CTC + Attractive Performance-based Incentives
