Sales Team Leader And Telecallers

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Drive sales performance by making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and converting leads into customers.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and calling techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting team and individual performance.
• Handle escalated customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales campaigns and customer engagement.
• Meet daily and monthly call and sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Share customer feedback to improve products, services, and overall sales processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred); high school diploma acceptable for telecaller roles.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales or customer service, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role for team leaders.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and local languages.
• Persuasive, confident, and target-driven, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a team while also being hands-on with customer calls.
