Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Make frequent outbound calls to potential and existing clients from provided lists or research.
- Information Provision: Clearly explain property details, project features and prices.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule property viewings, site visits, or meetings with potential customers.
- Database Management: Accurately log call details, update customer records, and maintain lead information.
- Follow-Up: Nurture leads and follow up on inquiries to convert them into sales.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily/weekly sales targets.
