As a Retail Sales Associate at CURATE, you will be the face of our brand.

Your role is to understand customer needs, style them confidently, and deliver a premium in-store experience that builds trust and repeat visits.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet customers warmly and understand their style requirements
• Suggest outfits, sizes, and styling based on customer preference
• Explain product features, fabric, fit, and care confidently
• Maintain neat product display and folding standards
• Handle billing and basic POS operations
• Support stock checking and store housekeeping
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and brand representation

What We’re Looking For :

• Good communication skills (Tamil required; English is a plus)
• Interest in fashion, styling, and customer interaction
• Polite, presentable, and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow with the brand
• Punctual, responsible, and team-oriented

Working Hours: Full-time (Retail shift hours 10am - 9.30pm)

Weekly 1 day off
