Role Description

We are hiring a Salon Operations Manager to oversee daily salon functioning, ensure smooth operations, manage staff coordination, maintain service quality, and support sales performance. Freshers with strong leadership skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Shift Timings

This role involves rotational shifts:

• Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Salon Operations

• Ensure smooth day-to-day salon operations
• Manage opening and closing procedures
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and product usage

Staff Coordination

• Coordinate schedules and manage staff attendance
• Support training and onboarding of staff
• Ensure staff follows salon SOPs and service protocols

Customer Experience

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain a welcoming and organized salon environment

Sales & Reporting

• Support achievement of service and revenue targets
• Promote salon services, packages, and memberships
• Handle billing, cash management, and daily reports
• Share performance updates with management
