Job Description

Shift Timings:


Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Weekly Off: 1 Day (Flexible as per roster)


Job Summary:


We are looking for an experienced, polished, and dynamic Front Office Manager to lead the reception and client service operations at our luxury salon in Alapakkam. This role is responsible for maintaining a high-end customer experience, ensuring seamless operations, and building strong client relationships while reflecting the brand’s premium standards. The ideal candidate should be proactive, presentable, and skilled in managing appointments, staff coordination, and customer service with grace and confidence.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet all clients with warmth, courtesy, and a luxurious service mindset
  • Oversee all front desk activities including walk-ins, phone calls, online bookings, and client follow-ups
  • Maintain and manage appointment schedules to avoid delays and ensure smooth flow of service
  • Coordinate with stylists, beauticians, and therapists to align time slots and avoid service clashes
  • Ensure the reception area is always tidy, elegant, and welcoming
  • Manage client billing, payment processing, and retail product sales at the front desk
  • Handle guest complaints or requests and resolve them professionally with a customer-first approach
  • Maintain client records, update database, track preferences, and encourage repeat visits
  • Regularly monitor salon management software and update changes
  • Train and guide reception or junior front desk staff in customer service etiquette
  • Work closely with the Salon Manager for reporting, targets, and workflow improvements
  • Manage stock of front desk supplies and coordinate with inventory in-charge when needed
  • Support marketing or promotional activities by informing customers and encouraging upsell
  • Assist in generating daily sales reports, appointment insights, and feedback logs
  • Uphold luxury service standards in tone, appearance, and client interaction


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Strong command over English and Tamil – spoken and written
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Professional appearance with a pleasing personality and confidence
  • Experience with salon booking software or similar systems is an added advantage
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle VIP clientele
  • Problem-solving attitude with patience, tact, and positivity
