Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a full-time on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area. The Operations Manager will oversee daily salon operations, manage staff schedules, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, monitor customer satisfaction, and maintain inventory levels. The role also includes training employees, implementing efficient workflows, coordinating marketing activities, and ensuring the salon's overall success. This position is pivotal in fostering a positive environment for both team members and clients.
