SAP Concur

Required Technical Skill Set** SAP configuration, expense management , approval workflow, system automation, SAP FICO integration, troubleshooting . Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have**
Expense policy management and compliance. Cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT, and finance. Reporting, data analysis, and process optimization. Corporate and P-Card transaction management and reconciliation.

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Set up and manage SAP Concur for expenses, travel, and invoices. Manage user expense claims, track pending approvals, and configure approval workflows.

2 Connect SAP Concur with SAP FICO for seamless data integration.

3 Upload and manage Charge Codes (CC), ensuring accurate mapping to expense categories
4 Review and update expense policies for users to ensure compliance with financial goals.

5 Work with HR, IT, and finance to align SAP Concur with business systems. Generate reports, analyse expense trends for insights and improvement.

6 Participate in system upgrades, conduct user testing (UAT), and manage smooth transitions.

7 Handle corporate card programs by automating transaction imports, addressing mismatches, and ensuring accurate expense allocations

8 Handle Purchase Cards (P-Cards) and Expense Cards, including transaction imports, reconciliation, and reporting.
