SAP ERP Human Capital Management (HCM)

Must-Have:

• Should have 4+ years of strong configuration experience in SAP HCM - PA, OM, Time management, Canada Payroll, Benefits, Pensions, HR-FI Integration.

• Should have ability to analyze the existing Payroll & Time Schemas/ PCRs and can modify according to business requirements.

• Configuring and supporting ESS/MSS portal, year-end reporting and reconciliation (T4/T4A/W2) and testing annual HR support pack upgrades and related defect corrections.

• Excellent understanding of SAP HCM submodules and the integration between various SAP modules

• Should have experience in gathering & understanding the business requirements.

• Should guide technical consultants for implementation of business logics.

• Providing functional support for incidents in HCM SAP landscape to IT groups and business users

• Should recommend and deliver business solutions based on HR requirements.

• Provide knowledge transfer and coaching to other SAP Functional Analysts

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem solving and possible solutions evaluation skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong customer service skills with the proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members as well as internal and external stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills in order to manage multiple and diverse projects and priorities concurrently with tight timelines.

• Experience with the following is an asset: implementing SuccessFactors modules, S/4HANA.
