Job Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic visibility, traffic, and conversions for Apna's web properties (website, blog, city-specific pages).
- Conduct in-depth keyword research for the India-specific job market, focusing on regional languages, local job roles, and industry verticals (e.g., "driver job in Delhi," "sales executive interview tips," "fresher accountant resume").
- Perform on-page optimization of key landing pages, city pages, and blog content, ensuring alignment with user intent and search trends.
- Architect and manage a scalable content strategy for the Apna Blog, creating valuable, user-first content that addresses career needs (resume writing, interview skills, industry insights) and drives high-value organic traffic.
- Build a high-quality backlink profile through strategic outreach, partnerships, and digital PR initiatives.
- Perform technical SEO audits, collaborate with engineering to fix issues (crawling, indexing, site speed, mobile UX), and ensure our platform is search-engine friendly.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics (rankings, traffic, conversions) using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics. Translate data into actionable insights.
- Stay ahead of SEO trends and algorithm updates, especially those impacting local search and the Indian digital ecosystem.
- Collaborate closely with Content, Product, Engineering, and Performance Marketing teams to integrate SEO best practices across the organization.
