Security Guard

Patrol and Surveillance: Conducting regular foot patrols of all areas (parking lots, ER, hallways) to deter illegal acts, vandalism, and unauthorized access.

Access Control & Safety: Managing entrance security, screening visitors, securing sensitive areas (pharmacy, nursery), and performing hourly checks on doors and gates.

Incident Response & De-escalation: Responding to emergency codes (e.g., Code Silver/violent patient), managing aggressive individuals, and providing physical intervention or restraint when necessary.

Patient/Staff Assistance: Escorting staff and visitors to vehicles, helping secure missing patients, and assisting with morgue release procedures.
