Summary:
As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to assess security needs, implementing security measures, and monitoring systems to safeguard sensitive information. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that security protocols are adhered to and that any vulnerabilities are addressed promptly. Your role will require you to stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies, allowing you to provide informed recommendations and solutions to enhance security posture.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to enhance operational resilience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards.
- Experience with identity governance and administration tools.
- Knowledge of access control models and authentication mechanisms.
- Familiarity with incident response and risk management processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
