Senior Account Executive

Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive

Department: Accounts & Finance

Experience: 4–7 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter preferred)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities including sales, purchases, expenses, cash, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliations, etc.).
• Prepare monthly TDS calculations and ensure timely filing of quarterly TDS returns.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts, including vouchers, bills, ledgers, and supporting documents.
• Handle debtors reconciliation and follow up for timely collections.
• Manage creditors reconciliation and coordinate timely vendor payments.
• Perform monthly provisions and journal entries.
• Maintain fixed asset accounting, including capitalization and depreciation.
• Assist in finalisation of accounts and audit-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PTAX, and other applicable laws.
• Oversee inventory/stock accounting and management, including reconciliation and reporting.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards & statutory compliances
• Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, PF & ESI
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally / ERP) and MS Excel
• Good analytical, reconciliation, and coordination skills
