Senior Accountant (Export Company)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end accounting activities for an export company

Handle GST compliances, including:

GST 3B

GSTR-1 and other applicable GST filings related to exports

Ensure proper GST credit documentation and preparation of dependencies for claiming input tax credit

Maintain and review export-related documentation required for GST, refunds, and compliance

Handle Letter of Credit (LC) transactions, including verification, compliance, and coordination with banks

Manage export documentation processes such as invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and related statutory documents

Prepare and maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally

Monitor invoices, ledgers, reconciliations, and statutory records

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities when required

Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and statutory requirements

Support management with financial reports and analysis as needed

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Strong working knowledge of GST filings and export-related GST procedures

Hands-on experience in Tally (mandatory)

Knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC) handling and banking coordination

Sound understanding of export documentation and compliance procedures

Strong accounting and statutory compliance knowledge

Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting

Eligibility Criteria:

Postgraduate 

Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience

Prior experience in an export company will be an added advantage
