Senior Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage financial reporting, ensure compliance, and support strategic financial decisions. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and extensive accounting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and review financial statements and reports
2. Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close
3. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
4. Oversee audits and coordinate with external auditors
5. Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
6. Monitor internal controls and improve accounting processes
7. Support budgeting and forecasting activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience (preferably in a senior role)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
