Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete accounting activities up to finalization of accounts.
• Prepare and review Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Ensure timely GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Return) and TDS return filing.
• Manage statutory compliance including Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other applicable regulations.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare ageing reports and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Maintain General Ledger, journal entries, and accurate financial records.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors during audits.
• Ensure proper documentation, filing, and adherence to internal controls.
• Support management with MIS reports and financial analysis as required.

Required Qualifications:

• B.Com or any degree accounting related
• 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Experience in Tally / Zoho / ERP software
• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Female candidates preferred
• Experience in manufacturing / automation industry is an added advantage
