Senior Accounts Officer

Job Summary:  

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Officer to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in Accounts and Financial management, particularly in Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS), petty cash handling, and inventory management using Tally ERP software. Good knowledge in understanding of import and export processes.  

Key Responsibilities:  

- Manage and oversee daily Accounting entries and Financial operations which includes Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).  

- Handle petty cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and accountability.  

- Supervise and maintain inventory records within the Tally ERP system.  

- Ensure compliance with manufacturing sector-specific financial regulations.  

- Manage accounting processes related to import and export transactions.  

- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts and report to management for taking the financial decision.  

- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.  

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless financial operations.  

Required Qualifications:  

- Proven work experience as a Senior Accounts Officer or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.  

- Proficiency in Tally ERP software and other accounting tools.  

- Strong knowledge of inventory management, petty cash handling, and BRS.  

- Education Qualification - B.Com. or any degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.  

Salary will be processed based on the previous CTC.
