Detailed description: Management of Entire Gamut of Visteon India Workplace Services for office including STPI/EOU/SEZ Units, approx 1 lac Sqf with 500 -1000 employees; Administration & Facility Management of the office with multiple critical testing Labs; including EHS , BCP & ESG Initiatives
The Sr Exe Facilities will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal operating results. The candidate will oversee the company’s entire facility operations, manage staff, manage office moves and manage janitorial duties, all while remaining in compliance with local Authority.
Duties include but not limited to:
• Responsible for soft services management.
• Coaching, developing and mentoring the onsite IFM team for effective Delivery to the business and defining contractor KPI and SLA targets.
• Monitor facilities related spending against budget and forecast and Management of Allocated budgets.
• Review facilities supplier and Service contract agreements along with commercial terms and condition. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
• Conduct Regular facilities update meetings.
• Liaison with client and development of a positive relationship.
• Handling helpdesk system.
• Responsible for own administration.

Purpose of the role
• Understanding of Soft services Management services within the Facility.
• Technical expertise in the field of Facilities and maintenance services.
• Experience in contract administration.
• Knowledge of business planning at both strategic and operational levels.
• Knowledge of partnering approach that can be applied to Service partners
• Knowledge of pre-planned maintenance services and the execution of such planned programs of work as per laid down schedule.
• Extensive technical expertise, particularly in the management of Maintenance Activities.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation in relation to Facilities Management services.

Experience and Skills Required
• Significant experience in Facilities Management.
• Experience of delivering soft facilities management services.
• Experience of writing and presenting reports
• Experience of managing budgets effectively.
• Experience of forward planning and achieving targets
• Track record of delivering continuous improvement
• Experience of managing and supporting a team delivering facilities management services.
• Diplomatic and ability to handle and control difficult situations.
• A positive, self-motivated, professional sympathetic approach.
• Able to work effectively with minimal supervision and should program and manage own workload.
• Ability to think strategically, innovatively and creatively.
• Ability to work in a target driven environment, and to meet demanding timescales and deadlines.
