Job Opportunity: Senior Admission Counsellor

📍 Location: Chennai

Role Overview

As a Senior Admission Counsellor, you will be the key link between prospective learners and our admissions team. Your role involves connecting with potential leads, understanding their requirements, and guiding them toward enrolling programs.

Responsibilities

Initiate contact with assigned leads via the auto-dialer system.

Qualify leads by assessing needs, eligibility, and interest.

Build trust and rapport through effective communication.

Schedule & coordinate Video Counselling (VC) sessions with Admission Counsellors.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Ensure smooth communication to support the enrollment process.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 2 years of Edtech Sales experience (Study Abroad experience is a plus).

At least 1 year in a single company.

Graduate degree mandatory.

Prior experience in a 6-day work week environment.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Skills Required

Excellent verbal communication in English.

Strong listening, persuasion, and trust-building skills.

Patience and empathy in handling learners.

Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

300+ minutes of daily talk time.

5+ Video Counselling sessions scheduled per day.

Connect with at least 80% of assigned leads daily.

Consistently meet/exceed weekly revenue targets.

Work Details

🗓 Working Days: Monday – Saturday (6 Days) Sunday Weekly off

⏰ Timing: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
