Job Summary

As a Senior Analyst Supplier to Serve, you will play a key role in managing supplier-related financial operations, driving process efficiencies, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of end-to-end P2P processes, and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. You will act as a liaison between global and regional teams, providing financial insights and operational excellence across the Supplier to Serve domain.

What Youll Do

Supplier Operations Management

  • Oversee a portfolio of business categories (e.g., US, Sams Club, Grocery, Returns) within Warehouse Supplier Concierge processes.
  • Drive team productivity and efficiency by managing workflows and resolving escalations in supplier operations.

Process Governance ; Compliance

  • Develop and implement guidelines for carrier claim collections across assigned categories.
  • Ensure operational adherence to internal controls and corporate policies.

Data Analysis ; Financial Integrity

  • Analyze financial data and perform month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and financial reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate revenue leakage through proactive analysis and control measures.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the US-based teams to detect and manage carrier fraud and support fund recovery.
  • Collaborate with business partners to translate operational needs into strategic initiatives.

Process Optimization ; Continuous Improvement

  • Identify areas for process improvement and automation across P2P functions.
  • Lead and support transformation initiatives to enhance service delivery and efficiency.

What Youll bring

  • Analytical Expertise: Ability to analyze large data sets to derive actionable insights that drive business results.
  • P2P Process Mastery: Strong background in end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including invoice processing, helpdesk support, and supplier dispute resolution.
  • Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work effectively across teams and geographies to resolve issues and implement process enhancements.
  • System Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SAP S4 HANA and strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Retail Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with the retail industry and supplier logistics processes is a plus.
  • Process Improvement Mindset: Demonstrated ability to lead or support transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes.

Position Requirements:

Minimum qualifications:

  • Graduate or post-graduate degree, preferably in Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in P2P processes, financial analysis, or supplier operations.
  • Experience with process improvement, governance, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex financial data to diverse stakeholders.
