Senior Architect

Design & Development: Create detailed architectural designs, plans, and 3D models using CAD software while incorporating client feedback.

Project Management: Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the company’s quality standards.

Compliance & Technical Oversight: Ensure all projects comply with local safety regulations, building codes, and environmental policies.

Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, and contractors to address issues and ensure design requirements are met.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and technical support to junior architects and designers.

Construction Administration: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and verify work conforms to the design specifications.

Quality Control: Review contracts, project documentation, and drawings for accuracy
