Senior Architect Civil

Experience:  4 - 8 years, Experience in Building Architecture works and interior design for Substation Buildings, Utility Buildings, etc.

Objective / Purpose: The Person shall carry out planning, detailing, designing of Building layout and arrangements in co-ordination with the requirements of Civil, Electrical & Mechanical works.

Architect shall manage the Architecture activities within budgeted cost, deliver on time and maintaining a high quality of engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schematic Design and Design Development of Building layouts
• Preparation of Working drawings, interior and exterior design
• Preparation of 3-D models, perspective views & drawings
• Submission of Architecture drawings & design documents as required for the Project to the Client for approval
• Coordination with Site Team and Client to meet the requirements of design and drawings.
• Preparing & checking the BOQ of Architectural items.
• Interaction with Client for Drawing Approval and Clarification
• Interaction with Site for Clarification on drawing
• Optimize the Architectural quantities limiting the quantity with bidding quantity & at the same time meet the client requirement.
• Communication with interdisciplinary for getting required inputs. 
• Preparation of pre bid queries. Study of clarifications & amendments, Tender drawings.

Technical Expertise: 

• Architect should be capable of preparing the Building layout meeting the functional & operational requirements with optimum utilisation of Building area.
• Should be able to develop aesthetically pleasing elevations, exterior and interior detailing and within the budgeted estimates.
• Should be able to utilise the locally available materials for both cost effectiveness and blend with local architecture.
• Should be familiar with requirements of applicable Codes & Standards.
• Exposure in the field of Power Sector, Oil & Gas Projects is preferred.

Experience in International projects would be an added advantage
