Job Description

  • Execute site activities as per drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and consultants.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules.
  • Monitor and report actual progress vs planned.
  • Ensure use of the latest and approved drawings.
  • Raise RFIs for design/drawing clarifications.
  • Raise material indent/requisitions in advance.
  • Monitor material delivery and prevent wastage.
  • Maintain site records like DPR, checklists, and logs.
  • Share daily work progress reports with photo proof.
  • Conduct quality checks at every stage of work.
  • Rectify defects and report quality concerns immediately.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and report unsafe practices.
  • Allocate work to labours and supervise productivity.
  • Follow up with contractors to meet deadlines.
  • Communicate project updates to the planning/PM team.
  • Attend review meetings and provide accurate updates.
  • Identify and close snag points before handover.
  • Support mock-up and customer handover processes.
