Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Operations Engineer to manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, security, and cost efficiency of AWS environments while supporting automation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, etc.).
• Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures using AWS CloudWatch and other tools.
• Manage IAM roles, policies, and enforce security best practices.
• Automate operational tasks using scripting languages (Python, Bash) and IaC tools (CloudFormation, Terraform).
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and failover strategies.
• Optimize cloud costs using AWS Trusted Advisor and Cost Explorer.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and maintain operational runbooks.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Network, and Security teams for deployments and migrations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and architecture.
• Proficiency in Linux/Windows server administration.
• Knowledge of networking concepts (VPC, Subnets, Security Groups).
• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, or DevOps Engineer) preferred.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
