Senior Content Creator (Full Time)

Location: Porur, Chennai

Salary: ₹25,000-30,000/month

Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Content Creator who takes full ownership of video content — from idea to final output. You will be responsible for deciding what to post, how to shoot, and how to make it perform. This role is execution-heavy and requires independent thinking.

Core Responsibilities

• Decide what reels to create based on trends and content opportunities
• Regularly study Instagram trends and adapt them to our products/services
• Write simple, high-impact scripts and hooks
• Shoot videos using provided iPhone and basic setup
• Handle complete video editing (cuts, captions, music, pacing)
• Ensure content is optimized for Reels, Shorts, and social platforms
• Maintain consistency in output and content quality

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end content creation (idea → script → shoot → edit)
• Strong understanding of short-form content and Instagram algorithm basics
• Proficiency in CapCut / Premiere Pro / After Effects
• Ability to execute without supervision
• Strong sense of timing, hooks, and audience attention
• Must submit a portfolio of original work
