Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic Civil Engineers with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in construction site execution, who are passionate about leveraging technology to drive digital transformation in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Apply in-depth knowledge of construction workflows and site execution to support digital initiatives

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to digitise on-site processes, including planning, monitoring, reporting, and quality control

* Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to the design and implementation of digital solutions

* Provide field-level insights to help shape user-friendly tech tools for construction management

Requirements:

* Diploma/ B.E./ B. Tech/ M.E/ M. Tech in Civil Engineering

* 2–5 years of site execution experience on construction projects

* Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and quality standards

* Interest in technology, with a learning mindset towards digital tools and platforms (e.g., BIM, project management software, IoT, mobile apps)

* Strong communication skills and ability to work in agile, tech-driven teams

Preferred:

* Exposure to digital construction tools or initiatives

* Experience in lean construction, process improvement, or tech-enabled project delivery
