Senior Engineer-Electrical & Electronics

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end testing activities of Automotive Software (e.g., ADAS, infotainment, powertrain, telematics)
- Define and implement test strategies, plans, and schedules aligned with project goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, systems engineering, and validation 
- Manage defect lifecycle and drive root cause analysis with development teams 
- To Oversee Test framework inline with customer perspective & to execute UAT Testing at vehicle level  
- Ensure compliance with automotive standards such as ASPICE, ISO 26262, and AUTOSAR
- Mentor and guide a team of test engineers, fostering a culture of quality and innovation
- Prepare and present test metrics, dashboards, and reports to stakeholders

Key Deliverables
- Technical leadership at SW Acceptance & Release 
- System integrated Testing & Release 
- RIsk Assesment for Customer release 

Functional Competencies:
Expertise on Software Testing 
Demonstrable experience in Infotainment & Zonal SW Testing

Experience

4-6 Years - B.E/ B.Tech 
2-4 Years - M.E/ M.Tech

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

B.E / M.E in EEE, ECE, CSE , IT
