Job Title: Tool Maintenance Engineer & Sr.Engineer

Manufacturing tools/molds stay operational through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, involving regular inspections, fault diagnosis, repairs mechanical/electrical), implementing maintenance strategies, managing spare parts, and driving continuous improvement for zero breakdowns and optimal asset reliability, requiring strong problem-solving and technical skills in. 

• Maintenance Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans for tools and machinery.
• Inspections & Monitoring: Conduct routine checks, performance evaluations, and audits to identify potential failures and ensure compliance.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose complex equipment malfunctions (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic) and perform timely repairs or guide technicians.
• Root Cause Analysis: Lead analysis of failures to find long-term solutions and prevent recurrence.
• Installation & Commissioning: Oversee the installation and setup of new equipment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance, faults, and repairs, often using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Cost & Inventory Control: Manage maintenance budgets, control stores/tooling, and arrange procurement of components.
• Collaboration: Work with production, engineering teams, and external contractors, while mentoring junior staff.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to health, safety (H&S), and regulatory standards.
