• CPC certification - Preferred
• 3+ years of coding experience min.
• Specialty worked: Surgery and IVR – Mandatory (Must be dealt with complex level IVR coding, cardiovascular surgery and General surgery)
• Good communication, flexibility reliability

 Qualifications: 

• Life science/Paramedical Degree
• CPC/CPMA
• Computer skill sets 

Experience:

1. 4 years to 12 years’ experience in medical coding IVR and General surgery
2. Auditing and denial management experience (Optional)

Communication: 

1. Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skills

Working Hours:

1. 40 hours per week as Full time employee
2. Shift time: 08:00AM TO 05:00PM IST
3. Weekends Off

Telecommuter/Internet requirements, if applicable:

1. High Speed internet connection at home, must be broadband
2. Must understand and adhere with telecommuter policy

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

1. Follow every aspect of SOP without fail 
2. Complete received Audits with Quality
3. To achieve Quality and production target
4. Follow project related protocols and instructions 
5. Escalate issues, identify trends...
6. Update all the logs like productivity, Clarification log, and any other logs applicable on a daily basis.
7. Check with Manager /TL in case of clarifications 
8. All emails from Manager should be answered promptly without fail
9. Problem solving skill sets
10. Ensure compliance of entire team for HIPAA, OIG
