Job Description
Senior Financial Analyst
Responsible for leading accounting policy support and Corporate financial reporting for the IMG and China Region.
- Provide support and guidance on accounting policy query for the regions. Liaise with Global accounting policy team as necessary for standardized global approach
- Consolidation of the quarterly reporting decks, conduct internal reviews and lead reviews with management for IMG and China region
- SPOC for Corporate Financial reporting requirements including Cost Method Investment outreach/ Global Goodwill and Intangible schedules / AMI/ CFEM/ Investment impairment/ Other filings
- Extended support as required for IFRS compliance for the region
- Lead consolidation of inputs for balance sheet flux analysis, review the appropriateness of the explanation, lead the internal reviews and support management review during quarter closes
- Support global accounting policy team on the review and analysis of the exposure draft under US GAAP and IFRS
- Support markets in complying with FM requirements. Review the FM updates and provide feedback
- Support special accounting initiatives in the region for standardization and globalization
- As required, conduct, and support the knowledge sharing sessions with the wider community
