We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer / Team Coordinator with strong technical expertise in Python and React, along with good team coordination and reporting abilities.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in software development and should be capable of managing development activities, coordinating with the technical team, and providing regular progress updates to senior management. The candidate should also have a good understanding of the overall software development lifecycle, system flow, and project execution process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Python and React
• Coordinate with the development team to ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks
• Monitor daily development activities and follow up on progress
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status
• Ensure proper coordination between different modules and development processes
• Support task planning, issue tracking, and resolution within the development team
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Maintain coding standards, development quality, and system efficiency
