Senior HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner, you are required to lead complex HR projects and provide expert guidance on strategic planning. Your role encompasses significant autonomy in executing high-impact work that aligns with organizational goals, ensuring that HR practices are efficient, impactful, and support long-term business success.

Responsibilities:
• Lead project teams on high-impact HR initiatives ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Provide expert consultation on HR functions including recruitment, benefits, and compliance.
• Drive the development and implementation of innovative HR policies and practices.
• Conduct advanced HR data analysis to inform strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Offer high-level guidance on complex employee relations and conflict resolutions.
• Mentor and guide junior HR staff fostering talent development within the team.
• Facilitate advanced training and development programs across the organization.
• Oversee compliance and ensure all HR processes adhere to legal and organizational standards.
• Partner closely with business leaders to anticipate and meet evolving HR needs.
• Evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR service delivery.
