Coordinate end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollout)

Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs

Coordinate joining formalities and documentation

HR Operations

Maintain employee records in HRMS / portals

Manage attendance, leave, shift, and exit records

Handle employee ID cards, access cards, and HR letters

Coordinate employee confirmation, transfers, and promotions

Payroll & Compliance

Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing

Manage statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus)

Resolve payroll, PF, and ESI-related employee queries
