About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior HR & Admin to manage overall recruitment part and you must have a sound knowledge of all statutory compliance with labour law and various types of HR operations, payroll process & exit formalities.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Overall end to end recruitment management -Sourcing potential candidates using various online platforms (e.g. Naukri, Indeed, Apna, Job Hai, Linkedin…)etc

·       Designing and updating job descriptions- Monitoring HR metrics (e.g. source of hire, time-to-hire, and time-to-fill

·       Preparing offer letter, experience letter, payslip making & exit formalities

·       Payroll processing & Attendance Management

·       Coordinating employee relation

·       Statutory compliance PF, ESI, P Tax,

·       Ensuring HR Compliance with all company policies and relevant legislation

·        

Requirements:

·       5 to 10 years of experience in HR Domain (preferably from Manufacturing background )

·       Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field

·       Sound knowledge of full-cycle recruiting. Strong Verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills

·       Immediate joiners preferred or 10days of Notice period
