We’re looking for an experienced and dependable HR leader who can take complete ownership of the HR function. This role is ideal for someone who has handled large teams, understands business needs, and can step in immediately.

This is an urgent requirement, and candidates who can join at the earliest will be given priority.

 What the role involves

* Managing end-to-end HR operations for a workforce of 100+ employees

* Handling recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning

* Driving performance management and employee engagement initiatives

* Overseeing payroll, statutory compliance, and labor law requirements

* Developing and implementing HR policies and processes

* Managing employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters

* Working closely with leadership to support business growth

 What we’re looking for

* Minimum 10 years of HR experience in a leadership role

* Strong hands-on experience with compliance and Indian labor laws

* Proven ability to manage large teams independently

* Clear communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

* Someone practical, people-oriented, and comfortable handling pressure
