Senior HR Recruiter

Role Summary:

As a Senior Recruiter / Team Lead, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery, managing client mandates, mentoring junior recruiters, and ensuring quality closures across industries. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance individual hiring targets with team oversight and client coordination.

KRA: Task / Activities

Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer negotiationsWork closely with clients to understand and refine JD, expectations, and feedbackMentor and manage a small team of junior recruiters, allocate mandates, and track progressUse Vedita Ventures’ BARE Fit framework to evaluate candidate suitabilityMaintain database/trackers and ensure timely updates in ATS/CRM toolsParticipate in weekly review calls and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment operations
