Senior Interior Designer

Job description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer with a minimum of 1+ years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating clients needs and preferences into aesthetically pleasing and functional designs. As an Interior Designer, you will work on diverse projects, collaborating with clients and team members to deliver innovative and high-quality interior spaces.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct client consultations to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Create detailed design proposals, including 2D and 3D renderings, mood boards, and material samples.
• Collaborate with contractors and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and present design concepts, considering spatial arrangements, color schemes, furniture selection, and lighting.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative ideas into designs.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently to meet client expectations.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and furnishings, ensuring quality and adherence to design specifications.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, address any design-related issues, and ensure compliance with design plans.
• Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the design process.
• Maintain a strong attention to detail and quality, ensuring the successful implementation of design concepts.
• Very good knowledge and experience with AutoCAD, VRAY, 3DS Max & Sketchup. Ability to give walkthrough is an added advantage.
