Senior Manager, Associate Relations, IDC Walmart

Job Ad Description- The position is responsible for providing expert advice and support to managers and associates across IDC on workplace issues, ensuring compliance with India employment laws, managing conflicts and conducting investigations and prompting positive Associate Relations within the organization. The position will also provide AR support to operations and regions and all the overall global AR functions. 

About the Team:

Senior Manager Associate Relations will be part of the team responsible for responding and conducting investigations into concerns related to behavioral and performance concerns, POSH governance, Ethics and Compliance charters within IDC Walmart.

What will you do

he Senior Manager would also participate in annual review of the organizational policies and procedures to ensure adherence to the industry practices and changing legal landscape.

Participate and Lead AR strategic initiatives or team projects to drive improved retention and engagement of the workforce.

Participating in driving listening strategies including focus groups, exit interviews, and engagement surveys. Develop an understanding of the voice/pulse of the workplace. Combine data assessment to develop perspective.

Develop and maintain string relationships with business leaders, People Partners, Legal, Ethics office and other internal/external parties when working in partnership on strategic initiatives/projects which have an AR impact.

Generating reporting data and executive dashboards on insights to improve and develop meaningful insights for businesses and senior leadership across IDC.

What You’ll bring

• MBA or PGDBA in Human Resources for a renowned institution
• Deep knowledge of Indian Labor Laws and POSH framework
• A minimum of 8-10 years of extensive experience in handling workplace investigations and working through case management tools.  
• Deep understanding of India Employment Laws
• Ability to analyze data and trends to identify potential associate relations issues and develop proactive solutions.
• Proactive technology/automation/improvement mindset – continuous improvement thinker, work towards automation of HR business processes through business enterprise applications and other available technology.
• Exposure in building effective and scalable processes that built to sustain growth
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with associates, managers and senior leadership.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• High energy, positive, deadline driven, dependable with an ability to deliver results with aggressive timelines.
