Senior Marketing Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who can own the complete marketing engine from performance marketing to brand building. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability, strong analytical skills, and leadership maturity to scale marketing outcomes across digital and offline channels.

You will be responsible for driving demand, building brand authority, and optimizing ROI across paid, organic, and traditional marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Performance & Digital Marketing

🔹Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with strong ROI focus

🔹Manage and scale Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

🔹Build and optimize WhatsApp marketing funnels for lead nurturing and conversions

🔹Execute email marketing campaigns for lead engagement, retention, and upselling

🔹Track CPL, CAC, ROAS, and continuously improve performance

Organic Growth & SEO

🔹Drive organic search growth through SEO strategy, content planning, and keyword optimization

🔹Work with content and design teams to improve rankings, traffic, and inbound leads

🔹Monitor analytics and implement data-driven SEO improvements

Branding & Marketing Strategy

🔹Own overall brand positioning and messaging across channels

🔹Ensure consistency in brand voice, creatives, and communication

🔹Lead long-term brand awareness and trust-building initiatives

ATL & BTL Marketing

🔹Plan and execute ATL campaigns

🔹Lead BTL initiatives including on-ground activations, partnerships, seminars, workshops, and local campaigns

🔹Evaluate impact and ROI of offline marketing activities

Leadership & Collaboration

🔹Lead and mentor internal marketing executives and external agencies

🔹Collaborate closely with sales, business development, and leadership teams

🔹Present marketing performance reports and insights to senior management

Key Skills & Competencies

🔹Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp & Email Marketing

🔹Solid understanding of SEO, organic growth, and content-driven marketing

🔹Proven experience in branding, ATL & BTL marketing

🔹Analytical mindset with strong command over dashboards, metrics, and reporting

🔹Leadership skills with hands-on execution capability

🔹Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications & Experience

🔹6+ years of experience in marketing / growth / brand roles

🔹Prior experience in startup, consulting, B2B, or service-based organizations preferred

🔹MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification is a plus
