Role Overview: 

As an Service expert at Matrimony.com you will play a crucial role in driving company’s sales & revenue growth. You will serve a diverse, affluent segment of potential customers. As an Service expert the primary job is to represent the organisation, explain the competitive advantage of the brand, benefits & features of the product, help clarify any questions or clarifications and recommend appropriate personalised service that will fasten the matchmaking process.

Key Responsibilities

1.      Initiate and manage outbound sales calls to potential HNI customers to pitch services, explaining the benefits.

2.     Demonstrate strong knowledge about the product, features, benefits & competitive advantages of the platform.

3.     Understand Customer need/requirements, answer/clarify queries and guide the customer in choosing the right solution.

4.     Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers.

5.     Meet & exceed sales target assigned by effectively explaining the product value, benefits and convincing customers to personalised services.
