Job Description

• Skillset required: English proficiency (written, verbal); Sustainability research; Qualitative/materiality assessment; ESG regulations and frameworks; Industry/company research; Credit research; Data analytics tools; Quick learner; Self-starter; Problem solving
• Role: 
• • Interact with Senior Client Stakeholders and provide highly integrated research support. This will include pre-investment ESG due diligence and adhoc ESG research, including sustainability reports, sector/regulation writeups, preparing slides, maintaining backups, etc.
  • Assist in project planning and completion and coordinate internally to deliver the final output
  • Update and maintain client’s proprietary / ESG database
  • Showcase positive attitude and ability to work with tight deadlines with minimum guidance
  • Possess working knowledge of data and analytics tools to enable automation and process efficiencies
  • Prior knowledge of ESG/Sustainability and Credit research is a plus
  • Guide and mentor junior team member(s)

• Education Qualifications: Postgraduate (preferably MBA – Finance or Sustainability), CA or CFA (US). Prior experience in ESG/Sustainability and/or Credit research is preferable
