Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our furniture showroom. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, and promoting furniture products to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable furniture products.
• Explain product features, materials, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.
• Maintain good product knowledge about all furniture items in the showroom.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with potential customers.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and proper product display.
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

Required Skills:

Qualification:

Any Degree / Diploma (preferred).

• 1–3 years experience in retail or furniture sales is an advantage.
