Job Description

Job Title: Senior Sales Executive


As a Senior Sales Executive at JKB Housing, you will be the front-line ambassador of our residential real estate projects. You will drive sales growth, build client relationships, and convert prospects into happy homeowners. You will work closely with the sales team, marketing, and project operations to deliver a seamless and consultative buyer experience.


Key Responsibilities


1. Client Engagement & Conversion

- Actively engage new walk-in inquiries, online leads, referrals, and networking contacts.

- Qualify leads, understand client requirements, and recommend suitable housing options.

- Conduct site visits and property tours for prospective buyers.

- Deliver compelling property presentations and proposals.


2. Sales Targets & Revenue Growth

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management.

- Prepare sales forecasts and maintain accurate sales reporting.

- Proactively follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates.

- Upsell available units and optional services to increase revenue.


3. Relationship Management

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.

- Provide personalized guidance through the sales journey.

- Ensure excellent after-sales support and handover satisfaction.

- Maintain a strong network of brokers, channel partners, and referral sources.


4. Documentation & Compliance

- Prepare sales quotations, agreements, and property documentation.

- Ensure all paperwork complies with company standards and legal requirements.

- Coordinate with legal, finance, and accounts teams for timely documentation and payments.


5. Market & Product Knowledge

- Stay updated on current housing trends, competitor pricing, and local market insights.

- Explain project features, amenities, specifications, and payment plans accurately.

- Provide constructive market feedback to internal teams.


6. Coordination & Reporting

- Report sales activities, progress, and pipeline status to Head of Sales.

- Attend daily/weekly sales meetings and strategy discussions.

- Support CRM and marketing teams with client data and feedback.


Required Skills & Competencies

- Minimum 2–6 years of real estate sales experience (residential mandatory).

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Goal-oriented and performance-driven mindset.

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

- CRM software proficiency (experience with CRM systems an advantage).

- Willingness to conduct field visits and client meetings.


Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree (Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred).
