Metrics	Details
Sales - Daily calling Benchmark	Total Sales calls per day 75 to month 1800. ( Call quality covering the required metrics of Net take home,Processing fees,Interest rate ranges and also benefits of Women's PL explained and covered in the entire call.)
Coversions rate & Ticket size	Conversion to calls at 1% . Average ticket size - 3.36 lacs
Reports submission	Summarising daily calling report and feedback to be shared promptly. Acting on call feedback to be on priority.
Training	Telecaller has to complete all HR related trainings on time.
Audit & Compliance	Follow complete process of Audit and compliance and process as per requirements of covering right metrics.
Customer Complaints	NIL complaints
