Senior Site Engineer – Client Side

Role Summary

Acts as the client’s on-site execution lead, responsible for coordinating all stakeholders and driving the project to completion as per approved scope, quality, cost, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and control daily site execution as per drawings, specifications, and schedule

Coordinate and relentlessly follow up with contractors, consultants, vendors, and authorities

Ensure quality compliance; stop and rectify non-conforming works

Track progress, identify delays, and drive corrective actions

Verify measurements, bills, and site documentation

Enforce safety and site discipline

Report real-time site status and risks to the client

Qualifications & Experience

Civil Engineering (Degree/Diploma)

6+ years of site execution experience (client/PMC side preferred)
