Understand the problem statement* Architect the solution with knowledge from different systems.. * co -ordinate between different stake holders *Help developers in implementing the solution

• Develop a quick POC  independently
• Help team members technically on implementation of AI solutions
• Debug and analyze issues for applications running in cloud run
• Do a research on latest available technoligies in AI front 
• Involve  in statergical projects.
• Lead  AI  technology  in Manfacturing Engineering
  

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering .
• Proven experience (3+ years) in AI/ML devlopment .
• Software development exprience of 5+ years in any of the programming languages(Web application development)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Leadership experience, including managing a team and guiding their professional development.
• Exprience in any of the frameworks Langraph ,Google ADK.
• Knowledge in MCP  and integrating with Tools. 
• Knowledge in Cloud deployment and ablity to resolve deployment issues in consultation with DEV ops.
• Good exprience in GCP is a must . 
• A2A knowledge and way to interconnect different agents developed in other departments within organisation
