Please find below the TOR / JD for Network Automation profile. Good understanding of networking protocols and services, including TCP/IP, IPSEC, GRE, DHCP, DNS, VLSM, VLANs, and STP. Demonstrated hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches. Demonstrated experience with the OSPF and BGP routing protocols. Demonstrated experience with Azure DevOps. Demonstrated experience with the Linux operating system. Demonstrated experience with modern scripting languages (Python) and automation engines (Ansible). Demonstrated experience with packet capture tools (e.g., Wireshark, tcpdump) and the ability to analyze them. Ability to analyze large data sets using scripts and generate insightful reports and actionable alerts. (1.) To maintain SOP's and runbooks of the respective technical track. (2.) To attend and handle complex L2 calls (3.) To handle L3 complex calls under L3 Engineer (4.) To provide telephonic and remote trouble shooting support
