Senior Technical Specialist - C++

Job Summary
As a Senior Technical Specialist in C++, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality embedded solutions. You will leverage your expertise to lead teams in developing innovative products while ensuring adherence to industry best practices. Your contributions will be key to advancing project success and meeting client expectations. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Architect, Design, And Develop Embedded Solutions For Product And Sustenance Delivery Using C++ And Associated Technologies To Ensure High-Performance And Reliability.
2. Serve As A Subject Matter Expert In C++ Development, Providing Technical Guidance And Resolving Complex Challenges Within The Team.
3. Ensure Continuous Knowledge Upgradation By Exploring And Integrating New Technologies, Maintaining The Relevance And Quality Of Solutions In Line With Industry Standards And Client Needs.
4. Cultivate A Skilled Workforce By Conducting Interviews, Delivering Training Sessions, And Providing Mentorship, Ensuring The Team Possesses The Necessary C++ Expertise.
5. Gather Client Specifications And Deliver Customized Solutions By Applying In-Depth Knowledge Of C++ And Embedded Systems To Meet Specific Project Needs.
6. Drive Competency Development By Envisioning And Articulating Strategic Propositions, Including The Creation Of Technical Collaterals And Whitepapers, As Well As Conducting Market Trend Analysis.
