Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to clients who have shown interest in our medical treatments, providing them with information, and scheduling appointments with our healthcare professionals.

• Key Responsibilities:Call potential clients who have inquired about our medical treatments.
• Explain available treatments, services, and appointment procedures clearly and professionally.
• Answer client queries and provide accurate information about treatments, doctors, and facilities.
• Schedule and confirm appointments as per client convenience and doctor availability.
• Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with clients to remind them of upcoming appointments or reschedule as needed.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and appointments fixed.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience.
• Gather feedback from clients and report any issues or concerns to the supervisor.

• Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role (freshers can apply).
• Excellent communication skills in [languages required, e.g., Tamil,English, Hindi, etc.].
• Pleasant and confident telephone manner.
• Ability to handle client queries with patience and professionalism.
• Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical terminology or healthcare industry is an advantage.
