Role SummaryWe are hiring a Senior Telecalling Executive to connect with leads generated from social media and other networks, understand their treatment/service requirements, and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments for Alshifa Cupping Clinic.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with leads received from social media campaigns, WhatsApp, website forms, referrals, and other sources.
• Understand customer concerns and explain Alshifa Cupping Clinic services in a clear and helpful manner.
• Counsel prospects, address questions, and handle objections professionally.
• Book appointments and coordinate schedules with the clinic team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes (daily reporting).
• Ensure timely follow-ups to improve conversions (calls, WhatsApp messages, reminders).
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive health-related conversations respectfully.
• Support the marketing/clinic team with feedback on lead quality and common customer questions.
• RequirementsExperience: 0–5 years in telecalling, tele-sales, customer support, or clinic/hospital calling preferred.
• Strong communication and convincing skills (Tamil required; English/Hindi is an added advantage).
• Comfortable calling and speaking with patients/customers regarding treatments and wellness services.
• Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets/Excel, CRM or lead tracking preferred).
• Ability to work with targets, follow-up discipline, and a positive attitude.
• Must be able to work in Chennai (on-site).
• Preferred SkillsExperience handling inbound/outbound leads from Instagram/Facebook/Google Ads.
• Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, clinic, or service industry telecalling.
• Good listening skills and empathy while speaking with customers.
• Compensation₹13,000 to ₹25,000/month (based on 0–5 years experience and performance).
• Incentives/bonus can be offered based on conversions (if applicable).
